The Punch Twist is a dynamic exercise that combines a forward punch with a torso twist, enhancing core strength and rotational mobility. This movement is great for engaging the core while also improving upper body coordination and athletic performance.

How to do it

  1. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart and arms raised in front.
  2. Punch forward with your right hand while twisting your torso to the left.
  3. Return to the starting position and repeat on the opposite side.
  4. Maintain a tight core and controlled movement throughout the exercise.
