The Band Standing Crunch is a core strengthening exercise that targets the abdominal muscles using resistance bands to add tension throughout the movement. This exercise enhances core stability and strength, promoting better posture and balance.

How to do it

  1. Attach a resistance band above head height on a stable structure.
  2. Stand facing the attachment point with feet shoulder-width apart.
  3. Hold the band's handles, place them near your shoulders, and engage your core.
  4. Crunch forward, bringing your chest toward the floor while keeping your core tightened.
  5. Slowly return to the starting position and repeat.
