Standing Balance Hip Flexion is a stability exercise that enhances balance and strengthens the hip flexors. It involves standing on one leg and lifting the other, promoting core and leg stability, and improving coordination and proprioception.
How to do it
- Stand upright with feet hip-width apart.
- Shift your weight onto your left leg, keeping it slightly bent.
- Lift your right knee to hip height while maintaining balance.
- Hold for a few seconds and focus on engaging your core.
- Lower your leg and repeat on the other side.
