Lizard Pose, also known as Utthan Pristhasana, is a yoga posture that enhances flexibility and mobility in the hips, hamstrings, and lower body. It is beneficial for stretching the hip flexors and improving overall stability.
How to do it
- Start in a downward-facing dog position.
- Step your right foot forward outside your right hand.
- Lower your hips while keeping your back leg extended.
- Rest your forearms on the ground or keep your arms straight.
- Hold the position, then switch sides.
