Lizard Pose, also known as Utthan Pristhasana, is a yoga posture that enhances flexibility and mobility in the hips, hamstrings, and lower body. It is beneficial for stretching the hip flexors and improving overall stability.

How to do it

  1. Start in a downward-facing dog position.
  2. Step your right foot forward outside your right hand.
  3. Lower your hips while keeping your back leg extended.
  4. Rest your forearms on the ground or keep your arms straight.
  5. Hold the position, then switch sides.
