Stability Ball Rollout on Knees
Gym Exercise Card
Equipment
The stability ball rollout on knees is an effective core exercise that primarily targets the abdominal muscles. It improves core stability and strength by requiring engagement of deep stabilizer muscles as you control the ball's movement forward and backward.
How to do it
- Start on your knees with forearms on a stability ball, elbows bent at 90 degrees.
- Engage your core and slowly roll the ball forward, extending your body while keeping your back straight.
- Pause briefly at full extension, then use your core to pull the ball back to the starting position.
