How to do it

  1. Start on your knees with dumbbells placed directly under your shoulders.
  2. Grip the dumbbells and slowly roll them forward, extending your body while keeping your core engaged.
  3. Continue rolling out until you feel tension in your core, then pull back to return to the starting position.
