The V Sit Toe Tap is a core-strengthening exercise that targets the abdominal muscles. While balancing on the sit bones, the torso and legs are lifted in a V shape. The exercise requires balancing and tapping fingertips to toes, enhancing core stability and coordination.

How to do it

  1. Sit on the floor with legs extended and arms reaching forward.
  2. Engage your core and lean back slightly while lifting your legs off the ground.
  3. Balance on your sit bones, forming a V shape with your body.
  4. Reach forward and tap your toes with your fingertips.
  5. Maintain balance and repeat.
