The Sitting Punch Knee Tap combines a seated punching motion with a knee lift, enhancing coordination, core strength, and upper body conditioning. By extending the arm in a punch while lifting the opposite knee, it engages stabilizing muscles and contributes to cardiovascular fitness.

How to do it

  1. Sit on a padded stool with your feet firmly on the ground.
  2. Keep your back straight and engage your core muscles.
  3. Extend your right arm forward in a punching motion while lifting your left knee towards your chest.
  4. Return to the starting position.
  5. Alternate sides and repeat.
