How to do it
- Sit on a padded stool with your feet firmly on the ground.
- Keep your back straight and engage your core muscles.
- Extend your right arm forward in a punching motion while lifting your left knee towards your chest.
- Return to the starting position.
- Alternate sides and repeat.
