How to do it

  3. Move quickly under the balloon while maintaining an upright posture, adjusting your body position to keep the balloon afloat.
  4. Incorporate lateral and forward sprints as you tap the balloon, challenging your speed and coordination.
  5. Continue for desired duration, focusing on agility and light movements to maximize the cardiovascular benefits.
