How to do it
- Lie on your back with a stability ball held between your feet.
- Place your hands behind your head and lift your shoulders off the ground.
- Simultaneously, extend your legs upward while holding the ball between them.
- Crunch your torso upward, engaging your core muscles.
- Lower back to the starting position and repeat.
