The leg extension crunch with a stability ball targets the core muscles while engaging the legs to maintain stability. This exercise combines a traditional abdominal crunch with leg movements to enhance balance and coordination.

How to do it

  1. Lie on your back with a stability ball held between your feet.
  2. Place your hands behind your head and lift your shoulders off the ground.
  3. Simultaneously, extend your legs upward while holding the ball between them.
  4. Crunch your torso upward, engaging your core muscles.
  5. Lower back to the starting position and repeat.
