The V-Up is a core strengthening exercise that targets the abdominal muscles by lifting both the upper and lower body simultaneously into a 'V' shape. This movement helps improve core stability and overall body control.

How to do it

  1. Lie flat on your back with arms extended overhead and legs straight.
  2. Engage your core muscles to lift both your arms and legs simultaneously.
  3. Raise your body to form a 'V' shape with your arms reaching towards your toes.
  4. Hold the position briefly before slowly lowering back to the starting position.
  5. Ensure to keep core tight and movements controlled throughout the exercise.
