How to do it
- Lie flat on your back with arms extended overhead and legs straight.
- Engage your core muscles to lift both your arms and legs simultaneously.
- Raise your body to form a 'V' shape with your arms reaching towards your toes.
- Hold the position briefly before slowly lowering back to the starting position.
- Ensure to keep core tight and movements controlled throughout the exercise.
