How to do it
- Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and arms extended overhead.
- Slowly bend forward at the waist, reaching your right hand towards your left foot.
- Return to the starting position and repeat on the opposite side.
- Continue alternating sides, maintaining a steady rhythm.
