The Side Toe Touching exercise is a dynamic stretch that targets the hamstrings and obliques. It helps improve flexibility and balance by involving a bending motion from side to side. It is often used as a warm-up activity to enhance core stability and mobility.

How to do it

  1. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and arms extended overhead.
  2. Slowly bend forward at the waist, reaching your right hand towards your left foot.
  3. Return to the starting position and repeat on the opposite side.
  4. Continue alternating sides, maintaining a steady rhythm.
