The Seated Knee-Up Rotation Stretch is a dynamic flexibility exercise targeting the core muscles and improving spinal mobility. It involves seated rotations with knee lifts, engaging the obliques and enhancing rotational strength and stability.

How to do it

  1. Sit on the floor with your legs slightly bent and your hands placed lightly behind you for support.
  2. Lift one knee towards your chest while simultaneously rotating your torso towards the opposite side.
  3. Return to the start position and repeat on the other side.
