How to do it

  1. Start by lying face down on the floor with a massage ball placed under your hip, targeting the iliopsoas.
  2. Use your forearms to support your upper body, keeping your head and neck in line with your spine.
  3. Slowly roll your body over the ball in small motions, applying gentle pressure to the iliopsoas.
  4. Continue rolling for a set amount of time, focusing on relaxing the muscle.
  5. Switch sides and repeat the process on the opposite hip.
