The Lying Rear Lateral Raise is an exercise targeting the shoulders and upper back, improving posture and shoulder stability. It involves lying face down and lifting the arms outward, primarily focusing on strengthening the rear deltoids and rhomboids.

How to do it

  1. Lie face down on the floor with arms extended to the sides.
  2. Keep your legs and torso stable throughout the exercise.
  3. Lift your arms up and outward until they are parallel to the ground.
  4. Hold for a moment, then slowly lower your arms back to the starting position.
  5. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
