The Lying Crossover Stretch is a flexibility exercise focusing on stretching the obliques and improving spinal mobility. It involves lying on your back and crossing one leg over the other while maintaining a steady position with extended arms.

How to do it

  1. Lie on your back with arms extended to the sides.
  2. Lift one leg and cross it over the other, allowing the hip to rotate.
  3. Keep your shoulders flat on the ground and feel the stretch in your obliques.
  4. Hold the position for 15-30 seconds before switching sides.
  5. Breathe deeply and relax into the stretch.
