The Lying Cross Over Knee Pull Down Stretch effectively targets the core, particularly the obliques, helping to improve flexibility and range of motion in the hips and lower back.

How to do it

  1. Lie on your back with arms extended out to the sides.
  2. Bend one knee and bring it across your body toward the opposite side.
  3. Use the opposite hand to gently pull the knee down.
  4. Hold the stretch, then switch sides and repeat.
