How to do it
- Attach a single handle to the low pulley of a cable machine.
- Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, holding the handle with one hand across your body.
- Rotate your torso and press the handle overhead, extending your arm fully.
- Control the descent, returning to the starting position.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions and switch sides.
