Equipment
Arm Circle Stepbacks are dynamic exercises combining arm circles with a backward step to improve shoulder mobility and lower body coordination. This exercise enhances upper body flexibility, strengthens shoulders, and engages core stability while also working on lower body balance.
How to do it
- Stand upright with feet together and extend arms to the side at shoulder height.
- Begin making small circles with arms while stepping one foot back into a lunge.
- Return to the starting position and switch legs, maintaining arm circles throughout.
- Continue alternating legs, keeping core engaged and arm circles smooth.
- Focus on steady breathing and controlled movements for balance.
