The Band Single Arm Shoulder Press targets the shoulder muscles, enhancing upper body strength and stability. It involves pressing a resistance band upward with one arm while standing, helping to build shoulder endurance and strength.
How to do it
- Stand on a resistance band with one foot, holding the handle in one hand.
- Start with your elbow bent at shoulder height, palm facing forward.
- Press the band overhead until your arm is fully extended.
- Pause at the top, then lower back to the starting position.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions, then switch arms.
