The Band Single Arm Shoulder Press targets the shoulder muscles, enhancing upper body strength and stability. It involves pressing a resistance band upward with one arm while standing, helping to build shoulder endurance and strength.

How to do it

  1. Stand on a resistance band with one foot, holding the handle in one hand.
  2. Start with your elbow bent at shoulder height, palm facing forward.
  3. Press the band overhead until your arm is fully extended.
  4. Pause at the top, then lower back to the starting position.
  5. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions, then switch arms.
