The Star Squat Jack combines jumping jack movements with squats, targeting both upper and lower body muscles. It enhances cardiovascular endurance and muscular strength.
How to do it
- Start in a standing position with feet together and arms at your sides.
- Jump into a wide squat while raising your arms overhead, forming a star shape.
- Lower your arms and jump back to the starting position with feet together.
- Repeat the movement, maintaining continuous flow and controlled breathing.
