The Star Squat Jack combines jumping jack movements with squats, targeting both upper and lower body muscles. It enhances cardiovascular endurance and muscular strength.

How to do it

  1. Start in a standing position with feet together and arms at your sides.
  2. Jump into a wide squat while raising your arms overhead, forming a star shape.
  3. Lower your arms and jump back to the starting position with feet together.
  4. Repeat the movement, maintaining continuous flow and controlled breathing.
