Punch Stepback is a dynamic full-body exercise that combines a forward punch with a backward stepping motion. It engages the upper body for striking and the lower body for stabilization and balance. This exercise is excellent for improving cardiovascular endurance and coordination.
How to do it
- Stand with feet hip-width apart and fists at shoulder height.
- Extend one arm forward, punching straight ahead while stepping back with the opposite foot.
- Quickly return to the starting position, bringing the stepping foot forward.
- Repeat the motion by alternating arms and legs, maintaining stability.
