The Landmine Kneeling Squeeze Press is an upper body exercise targeting the chest and shoulders while engaging the core. It uses a landmine setup for stability and allows deep engagement of the pectoral muscles with reduced stress on the joints.

How to do it

  1. Kneel on the ground with the landmine in front of you.
  2. Hold the end of the barbell with both hands at chest level, elbows bent.
  3. Press the barbell upward and slightly forward, squeezing your chest muscles.
  4. Return the barbell to the starting position slowly, maintaining control.
  5. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
