The Landmine Kneeling Squeeze Press is an upper body exercise targeting the chest and shoulders while engaging the core. It uses a landmine setup for stability and allows deep engagement of the pectoral muscles with reduced stress on the joints.
How to do it
- Kneel on the ground with the landmine in front of you.
- Hold the end of the barbell with both hands at chest level, elbows bent.
- Press the barbell upward and slightly forward, squeezing your chest muscles.
- Return the barbell to the starting position slowly, maintaining control.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
