The Band Incline Chest Press targets the upper chest muscles by simulating a pressing movement from an inclined position. It enhances pectoral strength and improves upper body muscle definition using resistance bands.
How to do it
- Anchor the resistance band at a low position behind you.
- Stand with one foot forward for stability, holding the band handles.
- Press the bands upward and forward, extending your arms at an incline.
- Slowly return to the starting position, controlling the resistance.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
