The Band Incline Chest Press targets the upper chest muscles by simulating a pressing movement from an inclined position. It enhances pectoral strength and improves upper body muscle definition using resistance bands.

How to do it

  1. Anchor the resistance band at a low position behind you.
  2. Stand with one foot forward for stability, holding the band handles.
  3. Press the bands upward and forward, extending your arms at an incline.
  4. Slowly return to the starting position, controlling the resistance.
  5. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
