Standing Alternate Arms Circling is a dynamic shoulder mobility exercise that improves flexibility and range of motion in the shoulder joints. It also aids in warming up the upper body before engaging in more strenuous activities.

How to do it

  1. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and arms extended in front.
  2. Begin by circling one arm forward in a gentle, controlled motion.
  3. Simultaneously, circle the other arm backward in the opposite motion.
  4. Continue alternating arms, maintaining smooth, rhythmic movements.
  5. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions, focusing on shoulder mobility.
