How to do it

  1. Start in a kneeling plank position with hands under shoulders.
  2. Keep your core tight and body straight from head to knees.
  3. Lift one hand to tap the opposite shoulder, maintaining balance.
  4. Return the hand to the ground and repeat with the opposite hand.
  5. Continue alternating taps at a steady pace.
