How to do it

  1. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, holding a kettlebell in one hand at shoulder height.
  2. Engage your core and glutes to stabilize your body.
  3. Press the kettlebell overhead until your arm is fully extended.
  4. Control the descent, bringing the kettlebell back to shoulder height.
  5. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions, then switch arms.
