How to do it
- Stand with feet slightly wider than shoulder-width, holding a kettlebell in one hand overhead.
- Rotate your torso toward the opposite leg and hinge at the hips, lowering your free hand toward the ground.
- Keep the kettlebell steady overhead as you bend, feeling a stretch in the hamstrings.
