How to do it
- Start on all fours with knees under hips and hands under shoulders.
- Place one hand behind your head with the elbow flared to the side.
- Rotate your torso to bring the elbow toward the opposite arm.
- Rotate back up, opening the chest to the side.
- Repeat for desired reps, then switch sides.
