The Bent Knee Lying Twist on a Stability Ball is an effective core exercise that targets the obliques and improves spinal mobility. It enhances stability and balance by engaging multiple muscle groups as you twist your torso while keeping the legs elevated on the ball.
How to do it
- Lie on your back with shoulders flat on the ground and arms extended out to the sides.
- Place your calves on top of a Stability Ball with knees bent at 90 degrees.
- Engage your core and slowly lower your legs to one side while keeping your shoulders grounded.
- Return to the center and repeat on the other side.
- Perform controlled movements to maintain stability and breathing.
