How to do it

  1. Stand with feet hip-width apart, arms by your sides.
  2. Lift your right knee towards your chest, keeping your core engaged.
  3. Tap your left hand under your right knee.
  4. Return to the starting position and switch sides.
  5. Continue alternating for the desired repetitions.
