The Lying Single Leg Raise is an exercise that targets the lower abdominal muscles and improves core stability. It involves lifting one leg at a time while keeping it straight, engaging the core and supporting muscles.

How to do it

  1. Lie flat on your back with your legs extended and arms at your sides.
  2. Engage your core and raise one leg towards the ceiling, keeping it straight.
  3. Lower the leg back down without touching the ground.
  4. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions before switching legs.
