The Dumbbell Crunch Hold with Legs Off is a core exercise that enhances abdominal strength and stability. By holding a crunch position while keeping the legs elevated, it intensifies the contraction in the core muscles, particularly the rectus abdominis, promoting endurance and muscle definition.

How to do it

  1. Lie on your back, holding a dumbbell with both hands near your chest.
  2. Lift your legs off the ground, keeping them straight.
  3. Crunch your torso upwards, engaging your core.
  4. Hold the top position briefly while maintaining balance.
  5. Lower your torso back down without placing your feet on the ground.
