How to do it
- Lie on your back with legs extended upward, perpendicular to the floor.
- Keep your arms extended toward your feet.
- Engage your core and lift your shoulders off the ground, reaching toward your feet.
- Lower your shoulders back to the ground, maintaining control.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
