The Lever Abduction Leg Raise is performed on a Pilates Reformer. It targets core stability and flexibility by engaging the lower abdominal muscles and adductors, while enhancing control and balance.

How to do it

  1. Lie on a Pilates Reformer with feet in the straps.
  2. Grasp the handles for stability, keep legs together.
  3. Engage core and raise legs vertically, abducting slightly.
  4. Control the upward and downward motion, maintaining tension.
  5. Return to starting position with precision.
