How to do it

  1. Stand with feet hip-width apart and arms raised in front.
  2. Lift one knee towards your chest while keeping your core engaged.
  3. Return the knee to the starting position and lift the other knee.
  4. Continue alternating knees in a controlled manner.
  5. Maintain posture and breathe evenly throughout.
