How to do it

  1. Kneel on the floor with an EZ bar in front of you, hands shoulder-width apart.
  2. Engage your core and slowly roll the bar forward, extending your body while keeping your knees on the ground.
  3. Roll the bar as far as you can without touching the ground with your body, then pull back to the starting position.
