The Spiderman Plank is a dynamic core exercise that combines elements of the traditional plank with a knee-to-elbow movement to engage the obliques. It enhances core stability, strength, and balance by challenging the body to maintain alignment while performing the leg movement.

How to do it

  1. Start in a forearm plank position with elbows under shoulders, forming a straight line from head to heels.
  2. Engage the core and lift one foot, bringing the knee toward the elbow on the same side.
  3. Return the foot to the starting position and repeat with the opposite leg.
