The Spiderman Plank is a dynamic core exercise that combines elements of the traditional plank with a knee-to-elbow movement to engage the obliques. It enhances core stability, strength, and balance by challenging the body to maintain alignment while performing the leg movement.
How to do it
- Start in a forearm plank position with elbows under shoulders, forming a straight line from head to heels.
- Engage the core and lift one foot, bringing the knee toward the elbow on the same side.
- Return the foot to the starting position and repeat with the opposite leg.
