The Seated Twist on a Stability Ball is an exercise that enhances core strength and stability. It involves seated rotational movements that target the obliques, improving balance and flexibility.

How to do it

  1. Sit on the Balance Ball with feet flat on the ground, hip-width apart.
  2. Place your hands behind your head, elbows out to the sides.
  3. Engage your core and twist your torso to one side.
  4. Return to the center and twist to the opposite side.
  5. Repeat the movement for the desired number of repetitions.
