How to do it
- Sit on the Balance Ball with feet flat on the ground, hip-width apart.
- Place your hands behind your head, elbows out to the sides.
- Engage your core and twist your torso to one side.
- Return to the center and twist to the opposite side.
- Repeat the movement for the desired number of repetitions.
