How to do it

  1. Sit on the floor with legs extended and feet slightly apart.
  2. Anchor a resistance band to a low point in front of you and hold the handle with one hand.
  3. Pull the band towards your waist while twisting your torso, engaging your back and core.
  4. Return to the starting position with control, maintaining posture.
  5. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions before switching sides.
