How to do it

  1. Start in a high plank position with hands directly under shoulders and body straight.
  2. Drive one knee towards the chest, keeping the other leg extended.
  3. Alternate legs in a running motion, maintaining the plank position.
  4. Keep the core engaged and movements controlled.
  5. Continue alternating quickly while keeping your back flat.
