Dumbbell Standing Single Arm Cross Raise

The standing single arm cross raise exercise targets the pectoral muscles and improves shoulder mobility and stability. It is performed by holding a dumbbell in one hand and moving it across the body, activating the chest muscles.

How to do it

  1. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, holding a dumbbell in one hand.
  2. Engage your core and keep your back straight.
  3. Raise the dumbbell across your body with a slight bend in the elbow.
  4. Pause briefly at the top of the movement.
  5. Lower the dumbbell back to the starting position.
