The Lever Incline Hammer Chest Press is a strength exercise targeting the upper chest, focusing on the clavicular head of the pectoralis major. This exercise is performed on a leverage machine, allowing for isolated upper body strength training with added stability from the machine.

How to do it

  1. Adjust the seat height so handles are at chest level.
  2. Sit with back flat against the pad, grip handles firmly.
  3. Press the handles upward by extending your arms.
  4. Control the descent back to the starting position.
  5. Repeat for desired reps, keeping shoulders stable.
