This exercise is designed to engage the shoulder muscles by combining an elbow lift and a prayer push. It helps in strengthening the shoulders and chest while improving upper body stability and coordination.
How to do it
- Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, hands together in front of the chest.
- Lift the elbows outward, keeping the palms together, to engage the shoulders.
- Press hands forward, maintaining the elbow position, then return to start.
