Elbow Lift to Prayer Push

This exercise is designed to engage the shoulder muscles by combining an elbow lift and a prayer push. It helps in strengthening the shoulders and chest while improving upper body stability and coordination.

How to do it

  1. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, hands together in front of the chest.
  2. Lift the elbows outward, keeping the palms together, to engage the shoulders.
  3. Press hands forward, maintaining the elbow position, then return to start.
