The lying chest press with bottles involves pushing weighted bottles upwards while lying on your back. It primarily targets the pectoral muscles and helps in building upper body strength.
How to do it
- Lie flat on your back with your knees bent and feet flat on the floor.
- Hold a bottle in each hand at chest level with your elbows bent.
- Press the bottles upward until your arms are fully extended.
- Slowly lower the bottles back to the starting position.
- Repeat for the desired number of reps.
