How to do it
- 1. Stand and lean forward, resting your forehead on an incline bench for support.
- 2. Hold a dumbbell in each hand with a neutral grip and arms hanging down.
- 3. Raise the dumbbells out to the sides until your arms are parallel to the ground.
- 4. Squeeze the shoulder blades together at the top of the motion.
- 5. Lower the weights back to the starting position with control.
