The Dumbbell Lying on Floor Rear Delt Raise targets the posterior deltoids, enhancing shoulder muscle balance and stability. It is performed while lying facedown, using dumbbells to lift upwards, primarily strengthening the rear shoulder area.

How to do it

  1. Lie face down on the floor with a dumbbell in one hand.
  2. Keep the elbow slightly bent and lift the dumbbell outward.
  3. Raise until the arm is parallel to the floor.
  4. Lower under control and repeat for the desired reps.
  5. Switch arms and repeat.
