How to do it
- Lie face down on the floor with a dumbbell in one hand.
- Keep the elbow slightly bent and lift the dumbbell outward.
- Raise until the arm is parallel to the floor.
- Lower under control and repeat for the desired reps.
- Switch arms and repeat.
