The Kettlebell Rear Delt Row targets the rear deltoid muscles while also engaging the upper back. It helps improve shoulder stability and posture. This exercise is effective for enhancing muscle definition and strength in the shoulders and upper back.

How to do it

  1. Place one knee and one hand on a bench for support.
  2. Hold a kettlebell in your other hand, letting it hang down.
  3. Keep your back straight and pull the kettlebell up towards your ribcage.
  4. Focus on squeezing your shoulder blade at the top.
  5. Lower the kettlebell back to the starting position and repeat.
