How to do it
- Place one knee and one hand on a bench for support.
- Hold a kettlebell in your other hand, letting it hang down.
- Keep your back straight and pull the kettlebell up towards your ribcage.
- Focus on squeezing your shoulder blade at the top.
- Lower the kettlebell back to the starting position and repeat.
