The Dumbbell Incline Triceps Extension targets the triceps by extending the arms above the chest while lying on an incline bench. This exercise is effective for isolating and building strength in the triceps muscle group.

How to do it

  1. Lie on an incline bench with feet flat on the ground.
  2. Hold a dumbbell in each hand with arms fully extended above your head.
  3. Slowly lower the dumbbells towards your forehead by bending your elbows.
  4. Pause briefly, then extend your arms back to the starting position.
  5. Maintain control and repeat for desired reps.
