The Dumbbell Incline One-Arm Lateral Raise targets the deltoid lateral muscles, important for shoulder development and stability. Performing this exercise on an incline bench increases the range of motion and places continuous tension on the shoulder muscles.

How to do it

  1. Position an incline bench at a 30-45 degree angle.
  2. Lie on your side against the bench, supporting your body with your lower hand.
  3. Hold a dumbbell in the top hand with a neutral grip.
  4. Raise the dumbbell to shoulder height, keeping your elbow slightly bent.
  5. Slowly lower the dumbbell back to the starting position and repeat.
